Personal Data Processing
In compliance with Law N° 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, each USER declares to know and accept the following:
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The USER authorizes and gives their consent to CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L. with the trade name BADUS, to collect and store their identifying personal data (names and surnames, DNI, RUC, landline and/or mobile phone, and email address) for the purposes detailed in this document:
- Personalize and continuously improve your experience on the Site. We use this information to process orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and maintain and update our files and your accounts with us.
- Make available content such as wish lists and customer reviews, recommendations for products and services of interest to you. We use this information to provide these services and functions on our own behalf.
- Improve our services, features, and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuse, and allow third parties to provide technical, logistical, or other services on our behalf.
- Tailor our communications, such as by sending emails with offers and promotions that are more relevant to customers.
- Fulfill statistical and historical purposes for CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L., and/or companies that are part of the same national and international economic group. The list of related companies that process personal data on behalf of CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L.
- Conduct surveys about the services of CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L. and/or companies that are part of the same economic group.
The type of information we collect is that which you provide to us and automated information (thanks to the use of cookies, we can collect information, for example, about your preferences or interests). All this information is subject to the privacy policy indicated below.
CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L. is the owner of the database in which the personal data of each USER will be stored. The personal data database is called “CLIENTS” and is in the process of registration with code N° ___.
PRIVACY POLICY AND LIMITS TO THE PROVISION AND DISCLOSURE OF PROVIDED PERSONAL DATA
The processing of users' personal data is exclusively limited to the fulfillment of the purposes provided in the immediately preceding section. We will retain personal data until the volunteer decides to cancel their registration in accordance with the following numeral.
If the user wishes to limit the use or disclosure of personal data, the user must submit a communication to info@badusperu.com, in writing, indicating to CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L. how they wish to limit the provision and disclosure of the user's personal data.
Likewise, the user was informed that under no circumstances may they limit personal data when it is necessary for the development and fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the user with CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L.
In this sense, after the user accepts having read the preceding sections, they agree to provide their personal data to CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L., with the aim of being used for the aforementioned purposes. If they do not give their consent in accordance with these terms, CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L. will not be able to provide them with the required goods or services.
ARCO RIGHTS
Likewise, the USER declares to be informed that they can exercise their rights of access, update, inclusion, rectification, suppression, and opposition, regarding their personal data under the terms provided in Law N° 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS.
The company will be responsible for the collection and processing of personal data, the authorization, and the stored records, in all cases, preventing them from deteriorating, being lost, altered, or used without authorization, and maintaining them with due security.
The customer service area will be in charge of attending to requests, complaints, and inquiries from data subjects, and data subjects can exercise their rights to know, update, rectify, and delete their personal data by sending communications to info@badusperu.com, the Site, or by calling +51 967 191 027.
To exercise these rights or any other established by law, the USER must submit a communication to paginaweb.badus@gmail.com, the Site, or by calling +51 967 191 027. Other channels may be established to process these requests, which will be timely informed by CREACIONES MELBAGS E.I.R.L.
If you believe that your rights have not been addressed, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, located at Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores, by filling out the form published on the website of said ministry.
